Nutty Banana Ice Cream Recipe




Serves 2



4 large ripe bananas (organic if possible)

3 tablespoons of nut butter (almond, cashew, brazil) Do not use peanut butter due to mould toxin growing on it.

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract, powder, paste or vanilla pod (just scrape out the seeds)

Small dash of cinnamon (optional)

Maple syrup or coconut syrup 1-2 teaspoons or 1/4 teaspoon of stevia (optional)



Let your imagination go wild:

Organic Shredded or fine coconut

Goji Berries

Hemp seeds (in the picture)

Chia seeds



Slice up your ripe bananas and place into a sealed container in the freezer. It is important that they are frozen prior to making this yummy ice cream. Once frozen place your banana slices into a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Next add your nut butter of choice, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sweetener if using. Blend a little more until combined.

Serve immediately, now all that is left is to add your toppings.


This makes a great snack, dessert or breakfast. Yes that is right, this is suitable for breakfast!
